If you want, you can delete all your data. Be aware, that we won't be able to execute any further orders or answer any questions relying on that data.
No, for data protection reasons, your DNA-Profile is not in your account.
No, despite your DNA is the basis for your piece of art, in combination with your choosen theme, the key to the encryption is only known to us and will not be disclosed.
If you don't choose to let us keep your DNA-Profile for following orders, your DNA-Data will be deleted after finishing your order.
In our shop and on our website (footer section) you can login to your account and change parts of your order, als long as that very part has not been completed.
